Online Payments: Customer default setting on for one or off

We run a business that deals with domestic and commercial customers, having our large commercial customers pay by credit card without the option to automatically add the fee isn't economically feasible.  Can we please have the option to choose which customers can or can't pay by credit card and not have to de-select it for each and every invoice.  If you won't help us collect what it costs us, at least help us make sure we don't get stung by it by mistake.
