Sales: Include delivery date

I run a hire company and the problem I have with Essentials is keeping track of when a customer accepts a job booking from a quote or an Invoice I cannot find a way to put a delivery due or Job delivery date onto the invoices / Quote forms. 

Can this be done or have I purchased the wrong product?
