Hi there,
This is my first EOFY using liveaccounts, after previously using AcountRight for several years. I would really like the PAYG summaries to be properly printable, the way they were in AccountRight. I am not looking forward to filling in all those piles of triplicate again. What a pain!
Any ideas on if this would be possible by next EOFY?

For those that want to pay their staff super regardless of the monthly earning or who pay above the $450 in the month but not the first week of pay there should be an option to calculate the super on all payments not only on payments of $450 or more in a calendar month.

When I first began using LiveAccounts, I found it very frustrating to work with such a limited list of Tax Codes. I have since accepted that LiveAccounts is meant as a basic level accounting tool and in that regard I think it is great and am liking it more each time I use it. But the one tax code that really needs to be included is CAN (Capital Acquisitions Non-GST). This would make the preparation of BAS (inclusion at G11 and G14) far simpler, as well as reporting for the benefits of the accountant for financial statements.

When searching for a customer Invoice in "All" invoices open screen which then brings up all Invoices under that customer you then click on a Invoice you want to open. Once opened, you then want to look at another Invoice under the same customer but when u "click back" ALL Invoices are listed again and you need to search for that customer again rather than just leaving the searched customer invoice listing on previous screen. This process or searching has to be completed each time you want to search Invoices from a specific customer rather than leaving customer search on previous screen.

As of August 2018, a manually-entered price on a sale or purchase can have 4 decimal places. When creating an item, although 4 decimal places are permitted in the price fields, when saved they are reduced to 2. This will assist in avoiding rounding errors with GST-inclusive line totals, especially since prices cannot (yet?) be specified as GST-inclusive.

GUys you have fundamental User Interface (UI) issues LIKE: Why not have tick box multiple choosing then allocate ALL to a category rather than having to go many one at a time???

Under Profit and Loss Report - Commonly used reports- an option for selecting last year (ie full financial year). There is an option for year to date, not as important to accountants.

I notice on some reports there are no totals shown and you have to find another report for example: The Customer Invoices Report. It shows all the invoices for the period I've selected but I want a total at the bottom and I can't export this information to excel to do it that way.

Hello, as a bookkeeping business we are often requested by our clients accountants to give them access to the files. At the moment only the Administrator can give access...given that we are advisors it would be more than handy to be able to do this as by the time I talk or email my client on how to do this (all unbillable unfortunately) I could have done it myself in a split second.

When the Transaction History is opened the default starting date seems to be 1 July 2013, rather than a remembered previous date or a default date set by the user.
Can this be fixed/changed?
It seems silly to be downloading all the YTD transactions when mostly all you want to see is the last few days or perhaps the current month.
I am pretty sure that Live Accounts did not have this problem.
Any suggestions or comments would be welcome.

I know it's been discussed before http://bit.ly/1g2qfuk but really, two years and still no mobile apps?
The whole idea of LiveAccounts is its portibility. Using a browser on different devices is not only slow but clumsy. I am aware of the new upgrade that is supposed to work faster on mobile devices but really, it is 2014 and the technology is out there so why not provide customers with a mobile application for iPad, Windows and Android platforms.
Why follow when you can lead?

It would be really helpful if the banking would show the name of the employee on the all the matches not just the transaction number.
As you can see from the below image I can't easily tell which transaction to allocate this too (the blacked out part of the narration is an employee name).
If the showing note on the "essentials transactions" part could have the employee name tacked on the end like with supplier and customer payment this would be made a lot easier!

I would like to suggest that MYOB LiveAccounts be enhanced with 1. Provision of 'Leave Loading' in 'Payroll' and 2. That the 'TAB' option between ALL fields be made available - it puzzles me why such a standard option is not already there ????? So far I am getting used the this new LiveAccounts but those 2 missing options are making the job more tedious and time consuming than necessary. Surely it isn't too much to ask for 'TAB' option, and surely the 'Leave Loading' option in PAYROLL should be a standard option. In time I would also like to see the 'Recurring Transactions' option made standard as well. PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!

Hi. I have found that at times I will make changes within Essentials and if I forget to go to the bottom of the page to save changes and just leave the screen to another part of MYOB the changes aren't saved, nor am I aware that I have not saved them. This happened with my changing super to 10% in July not saving only to find 3 months later that I have been paying 9.5%. Would it be possible to put up a message "Do you want to save changes?" before exiting the current page if changes have been made to information?

Is there an option to select multiple invoices to be emailed to the one customer from the Sales screen?
The best work around that I have found is to select the individual invoice numbers, press print at the bottom of the screen and then use an Adobe product to email them.
The issue is then that the invoices are not marked as 'Sent' and we have to open each individual invoice and fake a print. This is very time consuming.
Is it not possible to have:
1) a simple function to send multiple invoices to the one customer
2) a check box under the 'Sent' column where we are able to quickly mark this ourselves

We can't process payroll if an employee is paid quarterly. The only options there are for weekly, fortnightly or monthly. It would be good if we have quarterly payroll option especially if STP reporting is quarterly.
