When coding transactions, I first go through and get rid of all the transfers between accounts (which should probably have been done automatically, but that's a whole different idea). Every time I add a transfer, it returns me to the top of the list, so I have to scroll down again, and try to find where I was.   Makes my head want to explode. Dramatic I know.   It would be a godsend if the scroll position was remembered and retained after the page reloads. Hi. I have a large number of clients who, when receiving a payment for an invoice, receive a lesser amount due to commissions paid or expenses incurred. For example, a client who has created an invoice for say, $85 only receives a payment of $79 - the remaining $6 was an expense item to American Express (Merchant Fees). Another example: a client creates an invoice for $150 for accommodation but only receives $120 - the remaining $30 was commission paid to an online accommodation company.   At the moment I am creating general journal entries for my clients who ring - weekly - unable to correctly allocate their receipts.    Ideally, when matching a payment to an invoice, I would like to be able to include an expense line item which then equates to the amount actually received.   Also, to be able to split the accounts with both an income and an expense line item.   This would save me a huge amount of time (and money) - and allow the client to correctly allocate both the income and expenses.   "Matching Deposits and Including Expense Line Items" ... Could we please have a Session Countdown (similar to websites of banks & super funds) where there is a visible count down of the time remaining on your session before automatic logout occurs. This would improve the workflow of admin/accounting personnel who need to deal with a lot of paperwork inbetween use of the system & they could keep an eye on their session & activate it if it is getting close to the expiry time and not lose any work.   "Session Countdown" ... Perhaps allocating bank feeds to a customer name or a supplier name is the way allocations should work instead of allocating directly to a particular invoice or bill.   There are a number of reasons why this would be preferable.   FIrslty, it would solve the small screen/window issues we are having when allocating to a long list of bills and invoices.   It would also solve the issue of payments not matching exact dollar value amounts.   Lastly, it will also solve the issue of not raising an invoice until the invoice has been paid in full.   Thanks,   "Allocate bank feed to a customer or supplier instead of invoice or bill"   ... When the cursor is in the date field, it would be of great help to be able to use the plus or minus key to advance[+] to the next date[s] or go back to [-] to a previous date. I was a user of Quick books for a number of years before switching to MYOB Online, and this was a very useful tool for the quick entry of the correct date. Having a go at the import/export data for the first time and thought it was odd that there was no Buying Price field when there is a Tax Code When Bought field. On existing invoices, it would be nice to be able to see the primary contact and their phone number on the invoice screen.   If i'm to look at overdue invoices, click on a particular invoice that needs chasing up, i have to leave the invoice, go to contacts->view contacts, find the contact for the invoice in question and go into it to find the phone number.   This could be streamlined so that i can see the primary contact with their phone number so i can call directly from the invoice screen.   "Contact details on invoice screen" ... Currently, the direct deposit details in the How to Pay Details window excludes a field for SWIFT code or a text box for bank's address. I send many international invoices that my international clients pay via international transfer. There is no quote reports yet in Live Accounts.   Could a report be created that shows the "Accepted" quotes in a selected period, therefore giving you the sales for this period?   A sale is generally a customer acceptance of a quote and not when this quote is converted to an invoice. Unless I've missed it, there' s no way of importing sales transactions. We use an eCommerce store which links to QuickBooks, but not to MYOB. This wouldnt be an issue if LiveAccounts allowed us to import transactions, either from CSV files or QuickBook format.   It would save me DAYS of manually entering transactions!   "Importing sales" ... Many other accounting software are using docx uploadable templates for their online live programs. This is beneficial because it allows not only each business to have their own layout but they have better control over what is stated on their invoice. It would be even better if we were able to add our own collumns to the invoices like the ability to add a discount collumn or an hourly rate collumn or a number of units free collumn or even a comments collumn so more information can be added to an item.   "Docx customisable invoice templates and adding extra collumns to the invoice data entry screen" ... When viewing invoices you have the Preview & print and Email to customer buttons, well my idea is to perhaps have a check box that would enable/disable a drop down menu containing a list of watermarks such as PAID, OVERDUE etc. When the check box is enabled then a watermark is selected, when you click on the Preview & print or Email to customer button, the selected watermark is added to the PDF. Additionally the watermarks can be predefined in the Templates section of the settings menu. Different colours, sizes, orientations and text strings can be added, edited or deleted. I do multpile quotes for the same client on a regular basis & it's hard to tell the difference between quotes. The only difference is the quote number & ckient name.   It would be good to have a quote heading like Harvest App has. We are disappointed that we can't print a new invoice after making a payment to it. It disappears and you need to go into invoices find it and then print. So strange.    We can go to an open invoice make the payment then you have the option to print it. BUT not with a new invoice.    Please, please fix this.   "Printing problem with a new invoice" ...
