have changed phones now my two factor authentictor is not working help please.

I have the same problem - would appreciate the answer also 

I have updated to a new Iphone & Having trouble setting up the 2 factor authentication.

Hi @ERIN-N & @mattwebster 

 

As the authentication is tied to the specific device there are a few steps that need to be done to switch over the authentication onto the new device. That said these steps are outlined in our help article Switching your two-factor authentication device. This article steps through how to switch over the authentication if you do and don’t have access to the old device
