Annual Leave Entitlements not carrying over to new financial year

Today I am going to process the first pays for this new financial year and have an employee that has taken 3 days annual leave.

The employee has 166 hours showing in his payroll details - entitlements but when I run his pay his opening hours are now ZERO.

Why is it showing as ZERO and how do I get this to correct.  The payroll category for Holiday pay  is marked Carry remaining enttilements over to next year - so why is the system not doing this?

Any suggestions?

We have encountered a number of clients encountering a warning message when processing pays in the new payroll year in relation to leave entitlements.
