Hi There,
Can you tell me if there is an issue with the bank feeds in essentials? It previously worked but stopped working at some stage and the last bank statement feed is dated the 20th November 2020? The owner has logged in to check if they will now import but it's still not happening. Is there a problem with St George bank? Could the link be lost during one of the updates?
Please advise.

So we can check if there is an issue with this specific account, can you please send us your client's serial number and last 4 digits of the bank account number by a Private Message.
