There's a few different reasons why your MYOB reports won't match your STP reports so it's hard for me to give a one answer will fix all reply to your posts. I'll give you the links to posts that may help and some general troubleshooting steps. If you are still having problems, please let me know and provide as much detail as possible.

Hi,

Did you run the $0 payment for all employees?

Me too - this is so frustrating.  I thought I had some how changed the payroll category but no same one.... Why would one pay run work and then the next dosen't.  I have gone through all the accepted pays for one of the employees and have identified the payrun the error has occured.  Just waiting to talk to someone.

Re: EOFY Finalisation YTD Figures NOT matching Payroll Summary Report

I think it just means that payrun will be in the following year.  It is when the pays are PAID rather than the period that the pay relates to.

Re: EOFY Finalisation YTD Figures NOT matching Payroll Summary Report

Hi @GERRI2020

That payrun dated 30/06 to 30/06 with $0 amounts is the EOFY finalisation being sent to the ATO. Any time anything is sent to the ATO through the Payroll Reporting Centre there will be a corresponding report.

Please let me know if you need further help.

Cheers,
Tracey
