This is the first time I was paying super using Super portal. Some of the super amount is back dated and some are current for 5 different employees. Everything went smooth. There were 3 errors where I had to delete the slash from the address. Everything looked good to go. But when I reached the second last tab which is the 'Review' tab I got the error message ' Error occured during contribution list'. I tried to upload .csv file which was created on MYOB essential but I got same error message. I did not open the .csv file, I downloded it and then uploaded it on the super portal.I just want to submit the payment.
Also I went back to MYOB to check if the contribution for those employee was still there. It has been cleared from MYOB so I cannot redo the porcess. Please help someone!!!

Hi @jay6,
Thank you for your post. If you need to re-upload the contribution file, you can re-upload it by going to Payroll > Pay Superannuation > Filter the filter to Downloaded and update the date range. Once you've done this you can then select the contribution you wish to upload to the super portal.

I'm having the same problem but cannot find the error.
This is what I have coming up:
'An error occurred when updating filter Settings for current user. OwnerType in filter setting can not be null'
Any ideas on how to fix this?

My problem was solved and is working fine now. I may have had a wide range of dates and a few people on rhw list which may have caused it. I went back and searched for downloaded files as advised by Melissa (Thanks Melissa) I uploaded individual files and not all in one go and that fixed it for me. I did it the next day in case there were some errors going on in the website. It was all good for me and since it has been working fine. Best of luck for who ever is still stuck and thanks for everyones help.
