How to adjust annual leave and personal leave accrual

Hi

I realised whilst checking through Super payments owning that I had done a pay twice through MYOB Essentials. Unfortunately it was several pays ago. I have deleted the extra pay but want to know how I can alter the Annual Leave and Personal Leave that employee accrued on that extra entered pay.

Any help appreciated.

By deleting the pay, has it not also deleted the leave accruals?

Hi @OGS

 

Deleting the necessary payroll transaction for that employee should remove the entitlement accrual hours. If it hasn't I would recommend ensuring that you have selected Save for that employee's record after deleting those pays. This will ensure that those changes are saved.


If you are still finding that information is not want you are after you can look at updating the Opening Balance value for that leave to provide you with the required amount. For example, if the current balance is showing as 25 but it should be 23 you would enter -2 in the opening balance. Don't forget to save the employee's record after changes are made.
