No Access to MYOB Essentials Super Portal

Solved: Go to Solution

No Access to MYOB Essentials Super Portal

After downloading the super file in the pay superannuation window I then click on "Go to MYOB's Super Portal" as I always have, but now receive a message that says I dont have a subscription to AccountRight.

 

I have had no notification of my subscription changing or anything expiring but now I cant pay in to Superannuation as I always have before - any one else having this issue?

Can you please send me a Private Message with your serial number and I will check the issue with super portal. 

 

In the meanwhile, it would also be worth clearing the browser cache and trying to login again. At times, the issue is just with the corrupt information held within the browser cache.
