Hi, I have one employee that i am trying to complete payroll for but everytime i click start, a pop up comes that says:
Generally speaking that particular message means that Essentials is detecting that either there are multiple employees ticked in the one payrun or that there is another payrun with the same period being detected in the same file. Assuming neither of these is the case it may be that the company file is a little bit snagged. To that end I would be inclined to clear the cache on the internet browser your using, just to rule out any potentially stuck information in the cache that could be interfering with the payroll processing
