Payroll leave taken hours

Hi,

 

For MYOB essentials payroll, is it possible to give employees the access to enter leave taken date/hours or only  support payroll admin mannual enter leave hours taken when create pay run?

 

Also, is timesheets function complusory to active if payrun process based on hours? I try to figure out the link between timesheets and payrun.

Hi @MXU 

Just so I understand, are your employees using the YourPay app? If they are, YourPay only allows for the user to enter the normal pay amount hours, therefore additional earning amounts like annual leave and sick pay need to be entered into the Enter pay window as explained in this Help Article: Paying Leave.

Also, timesheets are required if you want employees to enter their hours worked using YourPay, enabling those hours entered to be recorded into the software and automatically imported into the pay run.
