Remittance of super for staff who are with Sunsuper

Hi fellow MYOB users

Has anyone experienced an issue where staff who remit super to Sunsuper; their funds have come back as MYOB seems to have changed the details for Sunsuper to a different fund name - Commonwealth Essential Super?

Could you please confirm the USI/SPIN number entered for Sunsuper so we can check if the details have been changed recently?

I believe the USI is 98 503 137 921 001.

I have two companys in MYOB, both have payroll and both have staff paying super into Sunsuper.

My main payroll is fine; however its the smaller one where for some reason the details have changed all by themselves??

Thank you for confirming this.

It appears that the details have been changed due to a user error as the details should be under Sunsuper for this USI. Could you please confirm if something like that has happened and what software you're using?

I am the only person who uses this company within MYOB account right.   There has been no reason for even myself to go in and change the USI or even change the name for Sunsuper.   The first I knew this has occurred was when the super bounced back?

Hi @LDOG 

This is bit odd. At this stage, I'm thinking this has happened due to a system glitch, however, can you please change the details to correct super details this time and let us know if it happens again. If it randomly keeps on changing after set number of days, we would have to raise it with the relevant team for further investigation.
