Been trying to pay super via super portal. When I upload super file to super portal. The file shows blank and I cannot click next. nothing shows on the grid just somtimes the payment amount but it disappears.

I've tried uploading past paid super files they open up propelry. just any new super file MYOB creates does not work. ive tried different internet browers cleaning history completly, using diffrent computers. Any new files created come up blank in the super portal upload grid.

I know the file has the information in it as I have opened one of files. I have created new files everytime when uploading to super portal. Nothing chnages, just comes up blank. this has never happend before.

Please help me.

Re: Super Portal File Upload Issue Blank File

Hello @NavG ,

There are two parts to your query.

1- "There are no transactions"

If you carefully look at the image you have uploaded, there is a red tick against "Rows with errors" and a yellow tick against "Rows with Warnings" once you remove these ticks, all of the line items for different employees' super will start to show.

2- "unable to press the NEXT button in the Review screen"

This can be resolved by

1- logging out of the super portal.

2- Close the browser completely

3- try a different browser or clear the cache of your current browser

4- visit the following link in the new/current browser:

www.employerpay.com.au/myob

5- After you sign in using your super portal login details, you will need to click on 'History' under the 'Contributions' section at the bottom of your Dashboard screen

6- Delete any duplicate super files that have been uploaded here and leave one which you would like to process.

7- Once you click the 'file name' of the one which you would like to process, it will take you back to the 'Review' screen you were on previously, and the NEXT button should now be visible for you to click on.

Re: Super Portal File Upload Issue Blank File

Thanks. Worked by unticking all the rows with warnings. Then everything appeared as you mentioned.

Thanks to you and help from MYOB support over the phone.

Re: Super Portal File Upload Issue Blank File

Hi Andrew,

I have attached 2 files. One is the current files being processed, the other is the information under Navigation -> Contributions -> History, which shows the file is waiting to be processed.

Thank you,

Hello @SNJ

Sorry to hear that the steps on your previous posts did not help, and I am glad you were able to find more information about your issue here.  Were you able to try the steps offered by @AliK607  and deselect the ticks for "Show Only"?

Re: Super Portal File Upload Issue Blank File

Oh God! I'm so sorry - that is correct! You just have to de-select all those options, and it works.

Thanks very much Andrew,
