Super Portal

I have a client with 2 x Essentials Files - he uses the same email address to login to both Files.

 

We are trying to register him for the SUper portal on the 2nd file as there are different bank account details for the super to be paid from and we keep getting the same error message as per below - we dont want to change the email address as this is the one he uses for both business..

 

is there a way around this??

@KristyH - I remember seeing this issue back in my phone support days and doing a bit of Google-fu I managed to find this article on the topic: Signing up more than one business or file
