un-pay Superanuation?

I need to "unpay super" but there is no option after the file has been downloaded.

Re: un-pay Superanuation?

Hi @CKBC

I’m afraid Im not entirely clear on what you mean by “unpay super”. As employers are generally required to pay super on their employee’s earnings, are you able to clarify what your trying to achieve?

Neil

Re: un-pay Superanuation?

From the "Pay Supperannuation screen, if I have accidentally ticked a wrong box, there is no way to undo it after download.

Re: un-pay Superanuation?

Hi @CKBC

When you tick a superannuation contribution and click download, MYOB Essentials is being told that contribution is paid as part of the downloaded contribution file. If you needed to download that contribution again you can change the status to “Downloaded”, which will allow you to download the contribution again.

However once a contribution has been download, it cannot have its Downloaded status changed manually.

Neil
