Hi, Our company is using MYOB Premium V19 now.
We facing a problem regarding the AUTO ID number in receive money. The ID number not running anymore..
every time when we generate a new receipt, the ID number still remain the same number. Could you please advise us how can we recommence auto indexing from the last receipt number ?

Welcome to the Community Forum. The number should be automatically generating the next transaction number that has not been used. If it is trying to use a number that already exists you can type over the field with the next number you want to use.
Some users have found that after overwriting the number a few times it will pick up the new pattern and continue on for the automatic numbering.
