Hi, I need to change the bank account that credit card payments from customers via PayDirect are paid into - I can't find where and how to do that?
My understanding of the post is that you would like to change the Bank Account that we pay you in outside of the software's General Ledger.
You should be able to do this in the Merchant Portal. When you sign into the Portal, you should be able to edit the Payment Method displayed for you.
