Contacts in the app

Hi. For some reason I have no contacts in my app. I only have the contact details of customers that have not paid or have not been closed off as being paid.  If I want to look up an existing customer in my system that I have done work for in the past and they are in the system, I cannot find them. So then I have to add them as a new customer again.

if I go onto the PC and look they are there. Just not on the App.
