Customer Pay Now Credit Card Payment - Won't process?
A client is experiencing issues paying their invoice with the Pay Now option with their credit card. This has worked for them previously but it now seems to get stuck when trying processing and doesn't move from the screen shot below.
Any recommendations on what to advise them to do please?
Thank you for your post. I haven't seen this before, if the client is still experiencing this I would recommend getting them to clear the browser cache they are using to pay the invoice or trying via a different browser.
