Emails are constantly being bounced back

Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful.

diagnostic-Code: X-Mailchimp; Host or domain name not found. Name service error
for name=winton.qld.gov.au type=A: Host found but no data record of
requested typ

Welcome to the Community Forum.

 

Thank you for your post. I have investigated and found that the email you were trying to email was on a blacklist. 

 

I have since removed this so you should no longer get any bounceback when sending them an email.

Invoices Statement emails bouncing back

Issue still not resolved.

getting bounce back from all invoice and statements send to @Winton.qld.gov.au

Still bouncing back

all invoices that end with winton@qld.gov.au

I do need the full email address to be able to check, I am unable to do so via just the domain.

Can you please send me a Private Message containing a list of all the email addresses you are having trouble emailing?

 

Once I have this list, I will be able to check these for you.

If you are having a user being unable o receive an email, can you please send me a Private Message containing information regarding this? 

Please include, your business name, serial number, and all affected email address not received.
