How to remove currency symbol from AccountRight Premier 2022 invoices

We recently moved to the new version of Accountright Premier from the old classic version 19 Accountright. On the old version you could elect not to have currency symbols on invoices, but in this new version a $ symbol displays for every item on invoices even though in Preferences I have not checked the box to show currency symbols in windows.

Does anyone know how to get rid of the currency symbol from invoices.
