In tray documents saved in the cloud

Am I able to get a copy of all purchase invoices that have been saved in the cloud. I have not retained these invoices on my own computer and in future will do so. However I realise that if the business goes off line after being sold I will only have a back up copy of the software which does not store the in tray purchases.

Thanks for your post and Welcome to the Community Forum.

Regarding your concern, You will not be able to keep the copy of the offline  In Tray documents uploaded to MYOB.  If your file is offline, then you can only have the copy of the backup in the software that only contains the information within and not including the intray purchases.
