On My.myob our last invoices showing is form 2021. Nothing after that. Why does the last year and most recent invoices not showing - also I have called about this and got cut off.
Also, with my last call our off 9 entities we stopped 2 to be active and our premium was suppose to decrease instead it increased. This was done on the 21st of March and my client informed me that it is higher. I have a call reference as well.
Please who can assist me with this and I have tried phoning a few times this afternoon only to be cut off and not getting through due to high volume calls?
Your urgent attention to this would be appreciated.
