Invoicing

On My.myob our last invoices showing is form 2021. Nothing after that. Why does the last year and most recent invoices not showing - also I have called about this and got cut off.

 

Also, with my last call our off 9 entities we stopped 2 to be active and our premium was suppose to decrease instead it increased. This was done on the 21st of March and my client informed me that it is higher. I have a call reference as well.

 

Please who can assist me with this and I have tried phoning a few times this afternoon only to be cut off and not getting through due to high volume calls?

 

Your urgent attention to this would be appreciated.

  • Serial number
  • Full name and email address 
  • Company name. 

for us to check why your premium has increased. 

 

For your other concern, May I know what product you are using and also which page or screen does it not show your most recent invoices. Hope to hear from you soon.
