Linked purchase invoices

I have just retired, did not renew subscription & MYOB no longer online.

Backed up company file to external hard drive. When account expired, I restored the backed up file into Local library.

Now I find that all the purchase invoices I had attached to my recorded purchases are no longer there.

As I went paperless the last 11 months, I no longer have a hard copy of the invoices.

If I happen to be audited by ATO, I have no proof of purchase.

Where have they gone.

AccountRight's In Tray is an online service and thus the company file does need to be online to have access to those documents. If you have canceled the subscription this would mean that the company file would no longer be online and thus those documents will not be accessible. 


Generally speaking, you would be looking at obtaining an AccountRight subscription. This will allow the file to be stored online and thus you would have access to those documents. In saying that, if you would like to send me a private message on this Forum with your product serial number we'll see what actions we can do for you in relation to that.
