I am setting up the MYOB Invoice app for our staff to use. Instead of logging into that app with our administrator user, I want to set up a new user with limited access, but which will allow them to use all the features of MYOB Invoice app. What permissions do they need to have when I set that user up?

When I log into the MYOB Invoice app, I go to the Contacts tab and it says "Loading your customers" and then after a minute it comes up with the message "Something's gone wrong. Tap below to try again". So I tap the Try Again button and the same thing happens. It won't load my customers.
Similarly if I go to create a new Invoice, I go to choose the Customer > and again it says "Loading your customers" and then after a minute it comes up with the message "Something's gone wrong. Tap below to try again". So I tap the Try Again button and the same thing happens. It won't load my customers.
Someone please help, I need to get this working today!
