I have just had a customer attempt to pay a large invoice via the PayDirect Mobile device, however kept getting a message saying 'daily limit exceeded' after trying multiple credit cards. I have searched the forum and found that the machine has a daily limit of $5000. I was completely unaware of this when purchasing, at least half of our invoices are over this amount. Thankfully the majority of our customers pay via direct transfer, however I am disappointed that there was no mention of this prior to purchase of the device. Can someone please contact me so I can complete the relevant forms to increase the limit.
