Hi
My client has been using the MYOB on the Go application from his mobile phone. He uses this to create his customer invoices when out in the field.
The issue is that the customer form and invoice form do not resolve well on his mobile device. The fields are compacted and it makes it difficult to select and see information on the screen (it is compacted and cuts off view).
Is there an ideal mobile device that would improve their experience? I'm going to find it hard to promote MYOB to customers that invoice customers in the field if their experience is frustrating and means they cannot maintain their current process of invoicing at point of service.
I also do not want to advise them to purchase a tablet if this will not resolve the issue of the resolution.
Has anyone had any experience or can recommend the best way to use MYOB in the field?
Thanks

Hi @ChrisMess
Thank you for your post. To clarify on what is occuring - are you using the MYOB Invoices App? Is this on an Android or Apple system?
As a first step for troubleshooting, I recommend checking that you are updated to the latest version. If that is the case and you are still having difficulty - could you reply with a screenshot so I can reproduce the error from my end?

Hi Samara
I have attached a recent screen shot showing the resolution of the fields within a mobile view.
Some fields have very poor visiblity.

Hi @ChrisMess
Thank you for sending that through. It looks like the display is caused by the large font size.
Can you go to Settings > Display > Font Size > ensure it is set as Default. Then close and reopen the app and see if it is displaying correctly now?
