MYOB subscription suspension

I have currently been on hold for 53 minutes to myob trying to ascertain why you have suspended a MYOB account where I have a paid invoice and can see the money paid out of the bank to myob ????

Hi @ABBS 

 

Checking the account for serial number ending in #8420, there are three unpaid invoices for the periods August 2022, January 2022 and August 2019. 

 

You'll need to make payment on those outstanding invoices to clear that suspension. This can be done through your my.MYOB account or through MyAccount

 

If your query relates to a different subscription please provide the last FOUR digits of the serial number and I'll be happy to look into this for you.
