Monthly subscription billing

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone else has been charged multiple times (I mean like 15 times!!)  since 30.6.23 for the monthly subscription .  Total charged to account $5,928.00 ( assorted charges 5 lots of $360.00, 7 lots of $384.00 and now the last couple of days 3 lots of $480.00).  What the actual  ???  is going on there.  And now of couse you cannot speak to anyone regarding your billing enquiries, it all has to be via digital channels........
