Myob Intray

Hi,

Could we able to see who the sender is for the receipts in  Intray? Also, can we able to see notes in Intray without creating bill or spend money? If so , how can we see? That function would be handy.

Additionally,  can only those who have myob user Id can  use Myob capture app? Because sometime employees could need to send spending/recepits but they don't have myob user id to log in myob capture. Is there other way they can send myob capture picture without having to create  myob user id?
