New Subscriptions added not by me, overcharged

Hi,

I'm trying to get through to MYOB as we have THREE new blank subscriptions charged to our account this month! We have not added these or need these, my estimated wait time to talk to someone is 110-118minutes!!!!!

Anyone know how to rectify this issue other than waiting for 2 hours? It wont let me delete them online and I want the $144 I'm now over charged returned! Any help will be appreciated!
