Nominated bank account for depositing money

how do I set the bank account as a default for customers payments and money receipts?  it is driving me crazy trying to remember how to do this?

Hi @Motif 

Thanks for clarifying, the article I linked is for AR so should serve as a guide for what accounts are defaulted and if/how to go about changing this.  It's easier to see it there as it includes images and guides as well. As an additional note I'd recommend updating to the compliance update 2019.2.1 as this fixed a few bugs in the system and might save you a different headache down the road.
