Not happy with service for so many reasons

I am so over MYOB since havin to change form Account Edge to Essentials and MYOB's service has go heaps worse ....

 

Last week each time my call was answered all i could hear was lots of people talking and laughinh anf thats being on hold for ages ... on hold again now as still not verbaly spoke to anyone regarding same isue and been currenly been on hold for over 45 minutes ... time is money in busniness and do no thave time for waiting such lenghts of time .....

 

MYOB you need to up your game ... ive read so many other of your customers which are not happy with your service!!!!!
