On Hold now for 40 minutes and LiveChat not working

I have been on hold trying to find out why I have another invoice when the account was closed last August.  I tried to get a credit back then for the unused months that were paid in advance.  I went through this same painful process (that I am going through now) and gave up.  This time I do expect to receive a credit - which has been auto charged to our credit card.


The person (recording) that keeps talking on the phone tells me to use LiveChat.  Not it is not quick.  When I used the LiveChat, I went round and round, 3 times, providing the info and what I wanted, only to have it time out while it was meant to be sending me to the accounts department, and having to restart.  So I gave up.  So frustrating.


I just want to get in touch and get this account sorted.  Why is it so hard?
