Online Payments Not Working

Is anyone else having issues with the online payments at the moment?  A client phoned me to advise she tried paying an invoice using her credit card via online payments, she entered all the relevant details, the payment started to process (with the purple wheel spinning) but then went no further.  No security code was issued and the payment didn't go through.

 

I emailed the client's invoice to my email address, and tried to enter the details on her behalf but I got the same issue.

There were no widespread issues with online payments at the time of your post, however, if you're still experiencing this problem, please send us your serial number and company file name Private Message so we can investigate further.

My client tried the online payment again last night and it worked this time, must have been an issue with the online payments on Wednesday.
