Looking into your account, I can see you’ve contacted our phone support on this one. It appears we’ve sent you an e-mail requesting confirmation details regarding the transaction in question. If you could please reply to that message, we will be happy in investigate further.
In answer to your broader question, all the Pay Direct online transactions are processed through a holding account with our merchant service Bendigo Bank. Once the bank works through their protocols, the money is then transferred into the bank account you set up during pay direct sign up. The whole process usually takes about 1 working day, but we have a team that can track down payments that may have stalled.
