Phone Support Wait

HI MYOB,

I noticed phone support waitiong time getting incerease now a days my called was waited 50 minutes to reach to right solution team not start even discussing on solution. if this is continue I might have to move to zero or any other software.

There may be some times when higher demand for our phone support team can result in delays before our team are able to answer your enquiry.
