Reference Number

Hi there,

 

I'm trying to pay an invoice for my subscription. It keeps asking me for a reference number. I have used every possible option but it doesn't work. Can you please advise how to fix this so the account can be sorted?

If you do have a billing enquiry we do recommend contacting our phone-based on team (AU) 1300 793 130 | (NZ) 0508 328 283 to offer assistance with that.

 

However, I would recommend ensuring that you have the latest payment profile set up for your account. This can be actioned by logging into my.MYOB and navigating to the My Account>>Payment Profile after logging in. 

 

Just having a look at your account you could attempt to use the number 1-78116076772 which is the Invoice number. If that doesn't allow you to proceed through that message or you are encountering the same message then we do recommend contacting the team to discuss that billing.

should check the amount as well.  I was overcharged by 100%
