Take Payment Option greyed out on paydirect app

Our MYOB pay direct app has the take payment section greyed out so we can't process any payments. 

 

When we click on the learn more button underneath it takes you to the page where you apply for the reader. WE have already completed this process & have our pay direct reader.

 

How do we fix this?
