add second page to customised invoice template

I would like to know is there a way to add a second page on the customised invoice template in order to put the trading terms and conditions on it as a complete invoice format?

Thanks

Re: add second page to customised invoice template

We asked the same basic question years ago, and any decent eforms software can do this.  However with nothing forthcoming from MYOB, (Is there ever?), we simply print several hundred sheets with the T's & C's on blank paper,, then load them into another tray to print the invoice details on the other side.  Hope that works for you.

Re: add second page to customised invoice template

Hi Louise

Thanks for your suggestion.  This is also the way we are doing at the moment but it's not convenient and not efficient.  Also nowaday, we mostly email invoices to clients directly from MYOB system, we really need to be able to add the T's&C's on the back of each invoice.  We hope MYOB can improve the software to enable users to add extra pages when in need.

Let's not hold our breath waiting for MYOB to make this basic feature available.  We did look into eForms years ago, and there are some neat solutions available.  I'm just not 100% sure they'll work with MYOB-hosted software.
