invoice printing issue

invoice printing issue

All of a sudden after update to 2015 version i do get an extra page printed with every invoice I print with bpay and credi card payment options. 

 

How can I turn this waste of paper off as I don't need this extra page and can't use it.

not able to print Orders

Hi 

i have the same issue with being unable to print. I have just checked the status page but the infomation on their does not suggest that it has anything to do with being unable to print orders. It says that they system restarts.

Is the non printing of orders currently  being addressed.

Thank you for your posts. I've passed this on to our teams and this has been raised with our product teams who are currently investigating, at the moment I don't have any further information on this.

Has there been any updates on this issue? Each time we print we have the "View your invoice online" message printed.

Hi Everyone, 

 

Thank you for your patience. The AccountRight 2021.5.2 version has been made available and does include a remedy for this particular situation. PC Edition users should receive an in-product prompt to install this new version upon opening.
