I have noted for a while now that there is a long time delay between seeing up to date information in the Client Workspace for a client. The one that stands out is Unallocated Transactions. I match all the unallocated transactions and return to the client workspace. I have tried clearing cache and refreshing the page without successfully seeing updated information. When transactions are all allocated, the existing number outstanding still shows on the client workspace.
This is frustrating as it does not give you an accurate view of your work load.
This may be one for the developers to have a look at.

Thankyou for letting us know what you are experiencing here with the time lag.
I have reached out to my development team and they have advised there are many things that can contribute to time lags within the software and with the client workspace - particularly with the unallocated transactions.
A dedicated support team member will be in touch shortly with you to assist & have a look in further detail as our developers would like to delve further and see what could be causing this time lag.
