DM Portal not working

DM Portal not working

I tried ringing MYOB to talk to someone about our document manager portal but the answerphone message said you are having technical issues and the call could not be connected.

On one login though to the portal on the MYOB partners login I can see documents in the transaction processing window, but if I logon with my login to the cloud portal with my email address which is connected to the main partner the documents don't show up on my login.

How can I see the documents in the transaction processing window of another user in our firm

Hi @ford 

 

In order to help we need more information.  Can you please try calling the support line again on 1800 94 96 98 and queue options 2 2 2 5 for Document Manager.  We will then be able to help sort out your query.
