Essentials files not opening

Essentials files not opening

I am working within the partner dashboard and am unable to open Essentials files today. They keep trying to open as a desktop file and of course not available there.

Hi Earl,

 

No I can't because I can't get into any of the Essentials files to see the serial number.

 

When opening a file from the partner dashboard, they all want to open as a desktop file and not the Essentials online file.

Hi @kerry 

Can you confirm if you received an error message every time your logging in into the browser? If so, please send us a screenshot of the error message that you are getting.

You can also try clearing cookies and browser cache and try a different browser.
