Essentials upgrade to Business

I have a problem when trying to create an invoice in the newly upgraded Essentials. A window with an error code comes up saying "Something went wrong, please try again or refresh the browser and gives and Request ID number.  Having been on the chat line most of the day I'm still unable to produce an invoice.

Hi Melisa, I've managed to speak with someone this morning who was extremely helpful.  It looks like there was a corruption in the Item details when I was producing the invoice. This has now been resolved and I'm so happy.  Jan
