Exporting Reports to Excel

I am trying to exporting a trial balance through the reporter function to excel.

I need a five year reporrt.  However for a particular client, the sub accounts are not expanding, they are coming through as one figure under the control account, not the total for each sub account.

I need this for a cashflow report i need to prepare for a client.

Anything i need to look at check to see why this particular client is not expanding the control account into sub accounts?
