Client still has an active MYOB Essentials file and has asked me to reconcile for him. It has been a while since Ive logged in but when I log into my Partner Dashboard it says his file is cancelled?
How can I access his file? He says its showing him at his end that my email is a deactivated status?

Thanks for your post. You will have to have activated file access to be access the clients file, can you please send me a private message with the product serial number and your email address so I can look into this for you.
