MYOB Portal Remove Signatory from Task

MYOB Portal Remove Signatory from Task

We have created a task and sent to 3 individuals for signing.

2 of the 3 have approved & signed the task.

The other 1 has changed their email address.

I can complete the task and re-send the documents to the remaining individual for signing.

However, this does not save the original task that has been approved into Document Manager nor does it allow me to print anything to verify they have signed.

Is there any way of resending the original task to the 3rd indidividual using their new email address?

Or,  is there any way of saving the original signed document into Document Manager?
